ThreeFold Team Open Positions: Be Part of the Change!

ThreeFold is an ambitious DePIN project building a new Internet for everyone, by everyone, everywhere. Together, a dedicated team and passionate community have already accomplished so much. A proof of concept decentralized grid is live today around the world, on top of which runs a comprehensive open-source cloud offering.

With a strong technological foundation and a bold vision for the future, ThreeFold is now looking to add several contributors to the team to fill important roles which will allow the project to scale to the next level. This means scaling the grid, scaling the community, bringing key products live and to the market, improving the user experience, and more. The team prefers to find these contributors from the existing community in order to ease the onboarding process and in gratitude for those who have loyally supported along the way so far.

Open Positions: Be Part of the Change

We are looking for one or several program and product managers to oversee product strategy, roadmap, and execution. Responsibilities include stakeholder coordination and optimizing processes for seamless and on-time delivery. You will be asked to interface with both the team and community. This role requires someone who is strong in technology, communication, and organizational skills along with strategic thinking and problem solving. Ideally you have direct experience in product and program management as you will need to manage product lifecycles, oversee project execution, and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a communication-first approach.

We are looking for one or several growth hackers to drive community growth, engagement, and retention. You will develop data-driven growth strategies, work on marketing funnels, and experiment with tactics to scale adoption. Responsibilities include community building and management, “viral” marketing, and A/B testing. This role calls for someone who knows how to motivate communities, show what has been built, and what’s to come. Ideally you have proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or community-driven growth. You’ll need strong analytical, creative, and experimentation skills – and the ability to think outside of the box.

We are looking for one or several UI/UX designers to create intuitive user experiences for the various tools and platforms within our ecosystem including ThreeFold Connect, ThreeFold Cloud (Dashboard), Mycelium, AIBox, and more. Ideally you know how to leverage AI to accelerate design and front-end development and rapidly prototype interfaces to bring designs to life efficiently. Responsibilities include wireframing, prototyping, user research, and using AI-powered design and development tools to streamline workflows. You’ll need relevant experience and proficiency in UI/UX tools.

Finally we are looking for one or several channel partnership managers to drive strategic relationships with hardware providers, data centers, telecom operators, and bandwidth suppliers. You will identify, onboard, and manage partners. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, partner engagement and communication, and optimizing supply chain logistics. Experience is a must. You should have strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.

For each of these roles there will be a base pay in cash along with additional payment in tokens.

I’m interested with experience as a program and product manager last year with large telecom providers and the community and as a channel partnership manager with several OEM’s, large telecom operators.

Hi Sam, as HostService we would be interest in the position of program and product managers

Since we have our own marketing specialist who created marketing funnels and stratgey for us, we ‘might’ be intersted in the position for growth hackers as well, depending on capacity and funding possibilities.

Would would be happy receive more details information and requirements.

Very excited to see the organization preparing to really buckle in and take off. I’d love to offer my candidacy for one of the growth hacker position. I have been a community member since late 2022 and have been a part of numerous major movements. As a quick recap, unfortunately many of the links included below have been archived as they are from earlier grid versions but leadership should have access to them.

      Hi, I’m Drew, and I’m not your traditional Candidate for a role in tech and I think that is a great thing for both of us. I have spent the last 7 years working in healthcare as Paramedic/EMT. During that time I have gained invaluable and irreplaceable experience in not only interfacing with people from every background but training people to also have the ability to interface with others from different cultures and backgrounds themselves.

      Throughout my professional career I have always maintained a passion for technology and how it can help people to know more, do more, and be healthier. The growing centralization and abuse of people’s data, has led me to become a firm believer in the Threefold project and the mission that they are executing.

  • Training users and staff members on technologies being developed.

I learned a lot from archit3kt’s post from late grid v2 and early v3, Might they be returning as well?
