Recap Community Call, February 19, 2026 (Transition V3 to V4 and Hero demo)

We hosted a community call this week with live demos of the Transition Hub, Hero OS, and Hero Archipelagos.

If you missed it, the full recording is above. Prefer to read? Here’s what went down.

TLDR
ThreeFold V3 remains operational. The Transition Hub introduces the structured move toward Project Mycelium and a usage driven marketplace. Hero OS is a private digital operating system where AI runs on your data, not the other way around. Hero Archipelagos allows developers to plug Hero components into any website.

Transition from V3 to V4

First and most important: ThreeFold V3 remains fully operational. What is changing is the direction.

The ecosystem is evolving from proof of capacity toward an open utilization marketplace driven by real demand.

We introduced a new dashboard that serves as the transition hub from ThreeFold V3 to Project Mycelium V4. It provides clear visibility into how the transition is structured, how the model evolves, and how participants can move forward when ready.

Transition HUB

The Transition Hub link will be shared shortly.

Key highlights from the call:

  • V3 continues to operate while the next phase is prepared
  • The model shifts from minting capacity to a usage driven marketplace
  • Rewards align with real demand
  • The token structure evolves, introducing Spore for infrastructure rewards and AUR as the user facing stable currency
  • The transition is structured and phased

Hero, our Personal Digital Assistant OS

We then demoed Hero OS, your personal digital operating system.

Hero is built on a simple but powerful inversion of today’s model:

Instead of moving your data to the AI, we bring the AI to your data.

Hero runs as your private digital environment where documents, messages, tasks, and intelligence operate on infrastructure you control. AI works locally, inside your own context, not on someone else’s cloud.

We also introduced Hero Archipelagos, allowing you to bring your own functionality to any app. These are embeddable components such as messaging, calendar, files, and contacts that developers can integrate into their website with just a few lines of HTML.
