Updating Our Approach for Community Calls

Hello ThreeFold Community,

We’re excited to share our refreshed strategy for community calls, designed to streamline our approach while continuing to deliver value for all participants in our ecosystem. Here’s what to expect going forward:

Revised Community Call Schedule

To make our sessions more engaging and impactful, we’re adjusting the frequency of our community calls:

  • Call Frequency: Moving forward, we will host ±2 demo sessions per month, with potential additional calls dedicated to focused topics and Q&A sessions.
  • Implementation: This new schedule is effective starting this month.

Project Update Calls

Our Project Update calls will now take place quarterly—four times a year—to provide in-depth updates on:

  • Technology Progress: Highlighting major developments and achievements.
  • Partnerships and Business Development: Collaborations and growth initiatives.**
  • Fundraising Progress: Sharing key financial insights and performance updates.
  • Use case: Demonstration of our use cases on the grid.
  • Events: Events that ThreeFold has been part of or will be, our outreach programs. And lost more.

We’ll continue to provide key updates through the ThreeFold News & Updates Telegram Channel, our website’s Newsroom, and our monthly email newsletter. Stay informed by subscribing today!

Next Project Update Call

Our next call is scheduled for December and will serve as both a fourth-quarter update and a comprehensive year-end review.

Community Q&A Sessions

To foster open communication and community involvement, we aim to host Community Q&A sessions each month, focusing on specific topics of interest:

  • Focused Topics: Each session will cover a particular theme (e.g., 3.15 updates, a grid use case, etc), with relevant team members answering your questions.
  • Team Participation: We’ll encourage participation from different internal teams based on the topic to provide a broad range of insights.

To ensure engagement, we’ll run polls to gauge interest in topics and gather input on participation.

Demo Sessions

Our demo sessions will continue highlighting key innovations and practical applications of ThreeFold’s technology. We plan to maintain 2 demo sessions per month.

In addition to the approach above we are open to suggestions for the timings of the calls. Currently, our demos are at 19:00 CEST | 13:00 EDT and the project update calls are at 17:00 CEST | 11:00 EDT, please feel free to leave your suggestions below.

This strategy is designed to enhance the quality of our community interactions and keep everyone informed and engaged as efficiently and effectively as possible.
