My threefold has been plugged in for a month with no assets. I plugged it into a monitor and it says error initializing. With a link http://ipxe.org/38086193
Please help me figure out how to fix this as I’ve been plugging in a device that hasn’t been working.

What type of node is that ? it says specifically that the link is down. You’re sure the cables are properly seated in their sockets ?
Hmm… Sorry the link doesn’t seem to provide the solution to get this node going. Unless i’m looking at the wrong places

For troubleshooting, the first thing to check is that you have a network connection on the same cable and router port you’re using to connect the Titan, by testing it with another device like a laptop. If you can confirm there’s connectivity on the port, the next thing to do would be attach a monitor to the Titan and let us know what you see on screen after it boots up.

Yes, I was working with someone from customer support and they said it was indeed No Connectivity on my node. But then he also said he quit the company so now I’m still trying to figure out how to fix the issue. Would you know the steps to get connection on the node? Please please let me know!!
