Move TF app to another phone

Hi, maybe answered before, but when I want to start using the TF app on another phone, it asks for user and seed, but on my old phone, when I go to Identity and click on seed, it just shows an empty popup stating I have to write this down on papaer, but nothing is there…

Any update on this issue? I still cannot see my seed phrase in the app…
I did find my seed phrase so I was able to restore my wallet on the new phone, and on that phone I do see the seed phrase (newer android version)

Hi there! Just to ensure I understand the situation correctly — are you currently unable to view the seed phrase on your old device? If so, could you kindly share the device model and Android version it is running?

Additionally, could you please confirm whether you’re using the latest version of the TF Connect app on both your old and new devices? According to the most recent update on the support ticket, this issue should be addressed in the latest release. That said, I will double-check with the team and keep you updated accordingly.
