Migration issues

I’ve got a couple of issues and i am not sure how to go about fixing them! Also not so tech savvy so be gentle!

1.Since upgrading to V3 my titan nodes are showing as offline.

  1. My Threefold connect used to have a “farmers” tab (after migration) which also had a stellar wallet address, this has disappeared.

At one point after migration my farm was showing and nodes were listed, but they haven’t been listed as online since the migration.

It was around this time I added a second node to the farm is that the issue?

Hi @blackshirtfarm. Nice to see you here, and let’s see how we can resolve your impasse. There is not enough information here to have a look at where things are. Let’s try if we can help you here, if not - please contact the support group on the website. It’s the chat function at the bottom which will their attention to you.

For now, can you provide some information on:

  • farm name
  • node ID’s (if you have them)
  • screenshot of the farmers tab in the TF Connect app (you don’t have to grey out the wallet address in that farmers tab screenshot. Just be sure not to share the wallet secret (different tab, so should not be a risk here).

Will have a look when you have provided those details and it’s also a good starting point for the support group.

Thanks for the reply, I have a screenshot. The farmer tab is now back on the connect app, so not sure why but its back
The Farm name is Blackshirtfarm
Node ids are 1035 and 1298
if you need any thing else please let me know!

Ok thanks,
but on https://explorer.grid.tf/ it shows as the nodes being down, Is that right?

Check https://explorerv3.grid.tf/nodes. Both up!
