Discussion & Demo: GPU-Based AI Workloads

By leveraging their massive parallel processing capabilities, GPUs enable AI applications to perform tasks like image recognition and natural language processing with increased speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
In this demo session, Scott and Mik will explore GPU-based AI workloads. They will present an easy-to-use method to work with AI on the grid using GPU. This will allow users to use advanced AI features such as image recognition and image generation.

Discussion & Demo: Zero OS Hub & Flist

In an flist, we separate the metadata from the data. The metadata is a description of what files are in that particular image – it’s the data providing information about the app/software. Thanks to flist, the 3Node doesn’t need to install a complete software program in order to run properly. Only the necessary files are installed.
In this demo session, Scott and Mik will present the Zero-OS Hub and Flist – an effective way to deal with software data, providing fast deployment and high reliability. They will explore how to create an flist from a Docker image and how to deploy a micro VM on the TF Grid using the flist.
