Zero-os is re-downloading every time i boot my node ! Any solution for this issue ?!

That’s how it works.
ZOS isn’t stored like an operating system on your HDD.

Just to expand a bit on the why here.

The image that is being downloaded is the complete zero-os hypervisor. This is important in keeping the image secure. Each and everytime the node boots it can be ensured that there was no tampering or alteration to the base code.
