Let’s say the referrer earns the full 50% available under proof of utilization of all Bob’s deployments. That means that Bob must spend $40 in TFT for Alice to receive her $20. The requirement to start referring others is just to spend those $40 worth of TFT, whether or not there’s a beneficiary referrer. This could even be accomplished by a non reversible conversion to dollar valued deployment credits
