ThreeFold Token exists on two different blockchains - stellar and binance smart chain. If you want to send tokens from PankakeSwap on binance smart chain to the TF Connect app, which is on stellar blockchain, you have to use the bridge:
1: install threefold connect
2: copy your wallet address
3: go to https://bridge.bsc.threefold.io
4: connect with metamask
5: withdraw to stellar, paste your address
6: confirm
