How to build and set-up your own 3Node?

As per ThreeFold experts:
“Any 64-bit hardware with an Intel or AMD processor can be turned into a 3Node. The minimum required is a solid disk size of 500 GB and a bare minimum of 2 GB RAM. USB based external drives are not supported to to some reliability concerns. Servers, desktops and mini computers are preferred over laptops. Once the hardware acquired, it has to be booted by Zero-OS.”

Hi

Does it have to run on Linux ?
Thanks

Zero OS is it’s own operating system, which uses the Linux kernel but is otherwise built from scratch. You will need to hardware exclusively dedicated to Zos in order to farm tokens.
