create tutorial to deploy lampstack on TFGrid

Possibilities
possibility 1:
- use terraform to deploy a lampstack starting from existing flist
- use the run commands to make the required changes
possibility 2:
- create a weblet, look at existing ones to create new one
possibility 3
- build new docker with all required for lampstack (or use existing one)
- upload docker to TF Hub, get new flist
- create terraform example using this flist
- use env variable to set admin passwd in lampstack
