Error Activation Mistake

I’m trying to generate a TFT Wallet from within the Threefold Connect App so I can submit my form, but the app keeps returning “Error Activation mistake” when I go to the wallet tab.

Same behavior on Android and IOS.

Confirmed email and phone number have been validated.

Any suggestions?
